All Care Home care allows employees, patients, family and general public to report any concerns about
patient safety, quality of care, complaints or misconduct. You may call the Administrator of All Care
Home Care at 800-353-3002 at any time without fear of retaliation and/or adverse patient or employee
actions. Your complaint or grievance will be logged, fully investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
You will be notified of the outcome of the complaint or grievance. In the event this cannot be resolved
by All Care Home Care, you may contact the Joint Commission at 800-994-6610 or email complaint@jointcommission.org
