All Care Home Care, Inc. is a locally owned home health agency. The agency is Medicare/Medicaid certified and is accredited by Joint Commission Accreditation on Healthcare Organizations.

All Care Home Care is a provider member and accepts the following insurance plans, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, First Priority Health, Aetna/US Healthcare, Three Rivers/Med Plus, HealthMate, Susquehanna Healthcare, Intergroup, Multi-Plan PPO, Champus, Workers Compensation , Black Lung and most other insurances are accepted.

All Care Home Care provides prompt, efficient, highly skilled care. Our agency provides 24-hour. 7-day per week coverage and also maintains a permanent evening and weekend staff. Our service areas include: Luzerne, Carbon, Schuylkill and Columbia Counties.

The professional staff consists of full-time, part-time, per diem Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. The RN nursing staff is PICC line and IV certified.

All Care Home Cares Rehabilitation Services include a staff of licensed physical therapists who provide services within 24 hours of referral.

Occupational Therapists along with our Speech Therapists provide quality rehabilitative services in the patient's home. Therapists assist patients to become as independent as they possibly can and to cope with their physical limitations.

Social services and short-term counseling are provided by our Licensed Medical Social Worker. A registered Dietitian is available for nutrition and diet counseling.

Bathing and personal care services are provided by our caring staff of Certified Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical nurses. These services are available 24-hours per day. 7-days per week.

All Care Home Care in close association with the patient's physician and health plan, offers a multidisciplinary approach in meeting the patient's physical and phychosocial needs.
